Phoenix public exhibition
Managing the Phoenix public exhibition, overseeing the creation of all promotional materials and content for the exhibition itself.

In April 2022, Human Nature hosted a three-day exhibition showcasing plans for the Phoenix neighbourhood. I co-managed the event and oversaw the creation of all promotional materials and content for the exhibition itself. The event included a scale model, site tours, food, drink and talks.
It followed on from the Phoenix Project Design Festival, which took place in September 2021.
The Phoenix is a project by developer Human Nature. It received significant local support and was welcomed by many in the community. The project is a 7.9-hectare, 685-home redevelopment of the Phoenix Industrial Estate into a “five-minute,” sustainable neighbourhood.
During consultations, 67.5% of respondents in Lewes supported the scheme, a remarkably high level of support for a large development in the UK.

Content is how organisations demonstrate expertise, build credibility and engage audiences. Poor content, such as unclear writing, inconsistent tone, weak visuals, undermines even the strongest ideas.
For Human Nature, I created and managed all digital and print media for the Phoenix project: newsletters, websites, social media, photography, video, exhibition materials. The work helped position the project as a national exemplar.
I act as both strategist and producer — shaping the vision, then delivering it. I work collaboratively with designers, developers, videographers and photographers, ensuring creative output aligns with strategic objectives and organisational identity.
