The power of place
Human Nature is a campaigning development company, bringing forward the Phoenix project in Lewes. In 2024, I created an introductory document for potential investors and other commercial partners detailing key principles, projects and impact metrics. This is among a number of documents I have produced for the developer, including a Delivery Plan for Homes England, a manifesto on housebuilding and planning reform, and numerous pitches and tender documents.
